Straight answers to the questions owners ask
Short, practical articles written by the people who build these systems.
Do you work with small businesses, or only larger companies?
Yes. We work with small and mid-sized businesses as well as larger companies. Most of our work is focused systems that solve a specific problem, such as a portal, a dashboard or an automation, and we scope every project to what the business actually needs.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on four things: how many kinds of users the system has, how many other systems it connects to, how much existing data has to be moved, and how much is custom rather than standard. That is why we do not publish price lists. For most projects you get a fixed written quotation within 3 to 5 days of a first call, not a range; larger systems start with a short paid discovery so the quote rests on facts.
How long do projects take?
A business website is typically three to six weeks. A business portal is usually 10 to 18 weeks and a custom application 8 weeks to 6 months, delivered in phases so useful parts go live earlier. Automation and dashboard projects are usually five to ten weeks. We give a specific timeline in the proposal.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We work with clients across India and abroad. All work is done remotely, with calls scheduled at a time that suits your time zone.
What happens after the project is delivered?
Every project includes a 30-day bug-fix warranty from launch. After that, most clients take a maintenance arrangement covering monitoring, updates, backups and small changes. It is optional. You own the code and can take it elsewhere at any point, and we hand over documentation so that is a real option.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Often, yes. We start with an audit of the existing code, hosting and data, then give you a written view of its condition and what continuing would involve. Occasionally the honest answer is that rebuilding is cheaper than continuing, and we will say so with reasoning rather than assertion.
Tell us what is slowing your business down
Describe the problem in your own words. We will tell you what we think it involves, roughly what it would cost and whether we are the right people for it.
