How we work together
Five engagement models and a plain account of how projects are scoped, quoted and billed. There is no price list: every project is quoted individually after a scoping discussion.
Why there is no price list
Two projects with the same name can be very different jobs, so a published figure would be wrong for most people. You get a written scope and a fixed price for that scope instead.
Written scope first
Nothing starts on a verbal understanding.
Paid by milestone
Never the full amount upfront.
No lock-in
Monthly work can stop with a month's notice.
You own what you pay for
Each deliverable is yours once its milestone is paid; accounts are in your name from day one.
30-day warranty
Bugs found in the 30 days after launch are fixed at no cost.
Contract basics
Invoices in INR, USD or EUR. NDA and a sample agreement on request.

Five ways of working together, side by side
The right one depends on how well defined the work is and whether it has an end point.
Fixed-Scope ProjectA clearly defined website, store or toolBy milestoneDetailsClose
You know roughly what you need. We agree the scope, screens and deliverables in writing, then build to that scope for a fixed price and a fixed timeline. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately so there are no surprises on either side.
Billing
Milestone-based. Payments tied to agreed stages, never the full amount upfront.
What it includes
- Written scope document with page or screen list
- Fixed price and delivery schedule agreed before work starts
- Design review before development begins
- Staged payments tied to milestones
- Testing on mobile, tablet and desktop
- Handover with documentation and 30 days of post-launch fixes
Custom Solution DevelopmentPortals, applications and systems with moving partsBy phaseDetailsClose
For work where the requirements need to be discovered rather than assumed. We start with a short paid discovery, produce a specification and a phased plan, then build in reviewable phases so you can see progress and adjust priorities between phases.
Billing
Phase-based. Each phase is quoted and approved before it starts.
What it includes
- Discovery workshop and process mapping
- Written functional specification and data model
- Phased delivery with a working build at the end of each phase
- User roles, permissions and admin tooling
- Integration work with your existing tools
- User acceptance testing support and training session
Cloud Hosting & SupportHosting and keeping a live site or system healthyMonthlyDetailsClose
An ongoing retainer for businesses that already have something running. Covers cloud hosting set up in your name, dependency and security updates, backups, small content or layout changes, and a defined response time when something breaks.
Billing
Monthly retainer. One month's notice to cancel, no lock-in contract.
What it includes
- Cloud hosting set up and managed in your name
- Uptime and error monitoring
- Security patches and dependency updates
- Backup verification
- A monthly allowance of small change requests
- Defined response times for issues
- Monthly summary of what was done
Dedicated Ongoing DevelopmentContinuous improvement of an existing productMonthly, by days reservedDetailsClose
A reserved block of development capacity each month for businesses with a continuing roadmap. You bring the priorities, we work through them in short cycles with a visible backlog. Useful when the work is steady but the scope keeps evolving.
Billing
Monthly, based on the number of days reserved.
What it includes
- Reserved days per month, agreed in advance
- Shared backlog you can reprioritise
- Fortnightly delivery cycle with a review call
- Direct access for questions during working hours
- Technical decisions documented as we go
Consultation & Technical AssessmentDeciding what to build before committing budgetFixed feeDetailsClose
A short, focused engagement to answer a specific question: should this be a website or a portal, is this process worth automating, why is this application slow, what would it take to modernise it. You get a written assessment with options and rough effort estimates. You are free to build it with anyone.
Billing
Fixed fee for the assessment, quoted after a short scoping call.
What it includes
- Review of your current systems, data and process
- Structured interview with the people doing the work
- Written assessment with recommended options
- Rough effort and cost bands for each option
- A prioritised sequence to start with
Not sure? Describe the work and we will recommend a model.
What makes one project cost more than another?
The usual factors are the number of screens, the number of user roles, integrations with systems that have awkward or undocumented APIs, data migration from old systems, complex approval logic, and compressed timelines. We will tell you which of these apply to your project during scoping, not after you have committed.
Do you ask for payment upfront?
Payments are tied to milestones agreed in the proposal, such as project start, design or build review and handover. Larger phased projects are billed per phase. We do not ask for the full amount before work starts.
Are hosting and domain costs included?
No. Hosting, domain registration, email services, payment gateway charges and any paid third-party APIs are billed directly to you by those providers. We tell you the expected monthly running cost during scoping so you can budget for it, and we set the accounts up in your name.
What happens if the requirements change mid-project?
Small adjustments within the agreed scope are normal and absorbed. Anything that adds a new screen, a new integration or a new user role is written up as a change request with its own price and timeline impact, which you approve before we build it.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. Work is delivered remotely with scheduled calls in a time window that suits you. International projects are quoted in USD or EUR after scoping.
Is there a free consultation?
The first discussion is free. It is a genuine conversation about your requirement, roughly thirty minutes, where we tell you what we think it involves and whether we are the right fit. It is not free development work, and it is not an unlimited advisory arrangement.
Get a written proposal with scope, price and timeline
The first conversation is free and takes about half an hour. Most projects are then quoted at a fixed price; larger systems start with a short paid discovery so the quote is based on facts. There is no obligation and no follow-up sales sequence.
The first conversation is free, with no obligation.
