Why Kodvana exists
Most growing businesses already know where they lose time. Orders take days to be entered. The same figure is calculated three different ways. Capable people spend their mornings copying information from one system to another.
What they usually lack is a technology partner who will sit with the process, understand it properly and build something proportionate. The usual choices are a large software product that solves the wrong problem expensively, or a freelancer who builds exactly what was asked, right or not.

Understand the process first
We start by working out what really happens today, including the workarounds. That is where the real requirements hide.
Solve the expensive problem first
One or two problems usually cost far more than the rest. We build that one properly before anything else.
Build in phases that stand alone
Every phase delivers something usable, so you judge progress from working software, not a status report.
Get the data model right early
Screens are cheap to change; data structures are not. We design for the questions you will ask in two years.
Say the uncomfortable thing early
If something will cost more, take longer or is not what you need, we say so at the start, not at the end.
Leave clients able to walk away
Code, accounts and documentation are yours, in your name. We would rather earn the next project than lock you in.
