Things people usually ask first
28 straight answers about cost, timelines, technology and what happens after launch. If yours is not here, ask it directly.
Getting started
How do we start working together?
With a conversation. You describe what you are trying to solve, we ask questions about how the work happens today, and we tell you what we think it involves. That first discussion is free and there is no obligation. If it looks like a fit, we send a written proposal with scope, price and timeline.
Is there a free consultation?
The first discussion is free. It is a genuine conversation about your requirement, roughly thirty minutes, where we tell you what we think it involves and whether we are the right fit. It is not free development work, and it is not an unlimited advisory arrangement.
Do I need a written brief or specification?
No. Describe the problem in your own words. We ask the questions needed to turn it into a clear scope and write that up for you.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. If you would rather share details under a non-disclosure agreement, tell us and we will sign one before you send anything sensitive.
Do you work with small businesses, or only larger companies?
Mostly small and mid-sized businesses. Our team is well suited to projects where a focused system solves a specific problem, which is exactly where SMEs get the most value. We are candid when a requirement is larger than we should take on.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. Work is delivered remotely with calls scheduled in a window that suits your time zone. International projects are quoted and invoiced in USD or EUR. Communication is in English and everything is documented in writing, which matters more across time zones than it does locally.
Where are you based?
We are an Indian business with our base in Hisar, Haryana. The team works remotely with clients anywhere in India and abroad, and clients near Hisar can also meet us in person. We work in English and Hindi. Hours are 10:00–19:00 IST, Monday to Saturday; our afternoons overlap UK and European mornings.
Cost and payment
How much does a project cost?
It depends on four things: how many kinds of users the system has, how many other systems it connects to, how much existing data has to be moved, and how much is custom rather than standard. That is why we do not publish price lists. For most projects you get a fixed written quotation within 3 to 5 days of a free first call, not a range; larger systems start with a short paid discovery so the quote rests on facts.
What makes one project cost more than another?
The usual factors are the number of screens, the number of user roles, integrations with systems that have awkward or undocumented APIs, data migration from old systems, complex approval logic, and compressed timelines. We will tell you which of these apply to your project during scoping, not after you have committed.
Do you ask for payment upfront?
Payments are tied to milestones agreed in the proposal, such as project start, design or build review and handover. Larger phased projects are billed per phase. We do not ask for the full amount before work starts.
Are hosting and domain costs included?
No. Hosting, domain registration, email services, payment gateway charges and any paid third-party APIs are billed directly to you by those providers. We tell you the expected monthly running cost during scoping so you can budget for it, and we set the accounts up in your name.
What happens if the requirements change mid-project?
Small adjustments within the agreed scope are normal and absorbed. Anything that adds a new screen, a new integration or a new user role is written up as a change request with its own price and timeline impact, which you approve before we build it.
Do you issue GST invoices, and in which currencies?
We are not GST-registered yet, so our invoices carry no GST; if that changes, it will be shown clearly on your quote before you commit. Clients in India pay in rupees; international clients can pay in US dollars or euros.
Timelines and process
How long do projects take?
A business website is typically three to six weeks. A business portal is usually 10 to 18 weeks and a custom application 8 weeks to 6 months, delivered in phases so useful parts go live earlier. Automation and dashboard projects are usually five to ten weeks. We give a specific timeline in the proposal.
Will I see progress before the end?
Yes. Work is delivered in phases, each ending with something working, and you get access to a test version early in the project. You review real software rather than status reports.
Who will I be talking to during the project?
The people designing and building your system. There is no account manager relaying messages.
Can you build both a website and a mobile app?
Yes. We build websites, web applications and Android and iOS apps, often on one shared backend so every version shows the same data. We will tell you honestly if a web app would do the job of a mobile app for less.
Technology and security
Which technologies do you use?
Mostly React and Next.js for the web, React Native for mobile, Node.js and PostgreSQL behind them, Power BI for reporting and cloud hosting on AWS, Azure or Vercel. The final choice depends on what you already run and who will maintain it.
Can it connect to the software we already use?
Usually, yes. If your accounting, ERP, CRM or other tools can share data through an API, a database or scheduled exports, we can connect to them. We check this during scoping, before you commit.
Is our data safe?
Systems are built with secure sign-in, role-based access, encrypted connections and regular backups. Data stays in accounts that belong to you, can be hosted in an India region, and is handled in line with the DPDP Act. We only access what we need for the work.
How do you use AI, and is it reliable?
We use AI for specific, checkable tasks such as reading documents or answering from your own content. Uncertain cases go to a person for review, and every automated decision is logged, so nothing important is left to a guess.
After launch
What happens after the project is delivered?
Every project includes a 30-day bug-fix warranty from launch. After that, most clients take a maintenance arrangement covering monitoring, updates, backups and small changes. It is optional. You own the code and can take it elsewhere at any point, and we hand over documentation so that is a real option.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every project we build comes with a 30-day bug-fix warranty from launch: anything that does not work as agreed in the scope is fixed at no cost. After that, support is optional, under a monthly Cloud Hosting & Support plan.
What if someone on your team leaves mid-project?
The work does not depend on one person. Code lives in a repository in your name, decisions and scope are written down, and every project has documentation that another engineer can pick up. If a team member changes, we tell you and hand over properly.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Code, data, domains and hosting accounts are set up in your name from day one, ownership of each deliverable passes to you as its milestone is paid, and you receive documentation at handover, so you can take the work elsewhere at any time.
Can you host and look after the system for us?
Yes. Our Cloud Hosting & Support plan covers hosting set up in your name, monitoring, updates, backups and a monthly allowance of small changes, on a monthly basis with no lock-in.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Often, yes. We start with an audit of the existing code, hosting and data, then give you a written view of its condition and what continuing would involve. Occasionally the honest answer is that rebuilding is cheaper than continuing, and we will say so with reasoning rather than assertion.
Are the example projects on this website real client projects?
No, and they are labelled clearly. They are concept demonstrations built on fictional scenarios and synthetic data, showing how we approach particular problems. We do not publish client names, invented statistics or testimonials we do not have. As client work becomes available with permission, it will be added and labelled as such.
Ask the question that is on your mind
Describe your situation in your own words. We will tell you what we think it involves and whether we are the right people for it. No obligation either way.
The first conversation is free, with no obligation.
